Caydence Freitas

Caydence is a 4th year Environmental Public Health student at the University of Washington with a Law, Society and Justice minor. She is currently working with Dr. Tania Busch Isaksen on two projects, one involving analyzing flood risk communication during the December 2025 Washington atmospheric river event. Her interests in public health lie in health equity, environmental justice and climate change. In her free time, Caydence enjoys going on walks, knitting, taking her cat on walks, and kayaking.
