Lily Monsey

With a background in teaching and program administration, Lily has worked as a researcher in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences since 2020. She joined CDRC as a program manager in November 2025. Lily has a background in occupational health research, supporting programs and evaluations that focus on mental health among underrepresented worker populations. She is passionate about using qualitative methods to support community-engaged research. In her free time, Lily enjoys cooking new recipes from the New York Times Cooking app, practicing yoga, and going to open studio sessions to practice painting and drawing.
