About
Lola is a third-year Environmental Public Health student with a minor in Public Policy. She is particularly interested in the intersection between climate and health, and is passionate about helping communities become more resilient through research and policy. Some of her other interests in public health include water security, risk communication, and coastal hazard preparedness. She is currently working with Dr. Tania Busch Isaksen to investigate wildfire perception and preparedness in Spokane, and is assisting on another CEER project evaluating risk communication during the recent WA flooding event. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, surfing, and ceramics.
